How to use it?

• As an intensive care routine, to repair soft and damaged-looking nails: 2 capsules per day, for 3 months.
• As a maintenance care routine, to boost nails’ vitality : 1 capsule per day, for 2 months. To renew twice a year.

Swallow both capsules together, preferably in the morning before eating, with a glass of water.
Store in a dry place, at a temperature below 25 °C, away from light.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
