Featuring Jojoba Oil and Castor Seed Oil as star ingredients that nurture and beautify the brow and skin, the formulation is also Vegan using only natural preservatives and is free of toxins, parabens, silicones, petrochemicals, GMO’s and all ingredients known or questioned to be harmful to you and your health.
The Definers can also multi-task as your eye liner if you have a proper eyeliner brush. The deep velvety pigment provides a softer take on liquid eyeliners.
How to use it?
Fill in brows using our Duo Liner/Brow brush. Use gentle, lighthanded strokes to create a natural looking arch. The Eye Brow Definer can be used to line the base of the upper lash.
